Before someone beats me to the punch, Eviscerate is your friend. It's sadly, an axe staple and if you're not running it and people know, the 'learned' ones won't let you into a party... It's the cookie cutter axe requirement and without it, you're not as feared as you'd expect...
I personally would chuck Penetrating Blow. It doesn't gain anything from the strength bonus unless they 'fixed' that.
Use Sprint + Frenzy. Again, these too are warrior ANYTHING cookie cutter skills and if a warrior doesn't have them, woe to the team with a warrior without these basic skills...
It would seem that all warrior executioners in existance that are considered to be of use in a pvp party always carry this:
16 axe
Eviscerate {E}, Exe. Strike, Frenzy, Sprint
Half your skill bar has to be this in order for anyone to care.
I'd ditch Wild Blow for Swift Chop because deep wound is too good of a condition to pass up. That and Wild Blow is crap vs. the enchant block/ward evade users... Swift Chop can crit + bonus damage, Wild blow always crits, but adds no bonus damage. I run into more enchant avoidance than stance avoidance usually...
Instead of dismember, I'd use Disrupting Chop for this build. You're not using tactics so Fear Me! is out of the question. [I've fought pets so I could spam fear me. Quite satisfying when 3-4 purple "-3s" appear around you at a constant rate and people can't cast as often...] If you're interested in just plain whacking damage, leaving in pen. blow instead of dismember may be the better choice.
Pen. Blow, Eviscerate, Exe Strike, Swift Chop. That's nasty damage.
I like plague touch myself but if my monk is worth his weight in gold instead of lead, he'd be the one to kill conditions on me... That'd be res sig instead...
